Executions in 2018: min. 690 plus 'thousands' in China

Cities for Life - Cities against the Death Penalty - Wiesbaden

In 2016 the German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty and Amnesty International were able to convince the German city of Wiesbaden to participate in the Cities for Life campaign. As the year before on November 30th, 2017 the Church of St. Boniface was illuminated in blue color:

The German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty and two groups of Amnesty International Wiesbaden had an information booth the same evening. In addition an exhibition was opened in the church - it showed the winner pictures of the international art competition for teenager "DRAW ME THE ABOLITION":

The German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty would like to thank the City of Wiesbaden, the congregation of St. Boniface, and Amnesty International Wiesbaden for the support!
